Every 68 seconds, someone in the United States is sexually assaulted. The survivors of such a traumatic experience often find themselves not only dealing with physical scars, but with emotional and mental wounds that can take years to heal. In their journey of recovery, a compassionate gesture can make all the difference.
We are reaching out to you to join us in a meaningful initiative: sponsoring Compassionate Self-Care Boxes for victims of sexual assault. These boxes are designed to help individuals in the midst of rebuilding their lives feel seen, heard, and supported. By sponsoring a box, you are not just offering self-care items, but a powerful reminder that they are not alone, and that there are people who care about their healing and well-being.

Our goal is to impact the lives of 1,000 survivors this year. Each Compassionate Self-Care Box is filled with thoughtful items that promote mental and emotional well-being, along with a personalized note of encouragement. Your support will help us send these boxes to individuals who need them the most, at a time when they are working to rediscover their greatness and reclaim their strength.

ABC Youth Foundation was started by boxing Legend, Archie Moore in 1957. Archie was more than a boxer; he was a visionary who predicted a violent drug and gang epidemic that would trouble our nation. He proposed a simple solution: prevention. With this idea in mind, the Any Boy Can Youth Foundation was formed (later renamed Any Body Can Youth Foundation). Archie used the lure of boxing to instill discipline, respect, and other positive values into the lives of youth to prevent them from falling into dangerous lifestyles.

What is Health Equity? 
The 90 Days to Wellness Campaign addresses this very question. 

This collaborative project was very informative for everyone involved. 
Creating a campaign that explained the difference between the two terms was a large task.
We were excited to provide datasheets, website design, videos, powerpoint and social media.

Health equity is the state in which everyone has a fair and just opportunity to attain their highest level of health. Achieving this requires ongoing societal efforts to:​

• Address historical and contemporary injustices;
• Overcome economic, social, and other obstacles to health and health care; and
• Eliminate preventable health disparities. 

To achieve health equity, we must change the systems and policies that have resulted in the generational injustices that give rise to racial and ethnic health disparities.
