Prior to this, she was the CEO of various companies. She has worked with some of the top recognizable brands and names in the speaking and entertainment industry such as International speaker

Secret teacher Lisa Nichols,
America's lovable actress Kim Coles,
and
OWN'S Iyanla Vanzant.

Denise has a gift for seeing people beyond where they see themselves. What is even more impressive than her resume is her humble heart to serve and help others.

Dr. Tayari Howard-
Board Member

BIO

Dr. William Tayari Howard is an award winning broadcast Journalist, noted, Philanthropist, Podcaster, Speaker, and Entrepreneur.

 His parents are credited as radio pioneers in the United States. His gold and platinum working album portfolio include Michael and Janet Jackson, Prince, Jonathan Butler and hundreds of others.

He has been acknowledged by two
​United States Presidents George Bush, Jr., and
​former President Barack Obama awarded
him a “Lifetime Achievement Award” for philanthropy and volunteerism in 2013.

Dr. Howard has two grown daughters who have worked in the radio industry representing three generations of the Howard family
spanning ninety-five years to date.

       Lucretia Danner

BIO

Lucretia Heyward Danner was born in Los Angeles, California to amazingly loving parents who valued education as a path to personal freedom and choice. Along with exposing her to art, music and the gems that LA had to offer, they instilled in her a desire to do her best, treat others with respect and make a difference while doing what you love. Lucretia started her family while in her mid-twenties. She and her husband agreed that being a stay-at-home-mom would be an awesome investment into the lives of their children. It was the same valuable experience they too were bestowed with. So for 22 years, Lucretia raised her four children instilling in them the same values her parents offered her as a vehicle to self-love, self-mastery, being compassionate and being a space holder for solutions. As the proud mother of a veterinarian, a speech pathologist, a masters degree holder in nutrition and a licensed stock broker, Lucretia understands the roles belief and possibility play in the lives of young people. If they can see it, the hard part is done. Then, what's left, is do what we have to do, so we can do what we want to do. Lucretia is looking forward to using her experience and working with the other board members to assist with the upliftment of the young people they are blessed to serve.

Sade Burrell

BIO

Masters of Social Work graduate of the University of Southern California and an undergraduate of San Diego State University. Sade was born in San Diego and has continued to live in San Diego throughout her life.
After being stigmatized because of her involvement with the juvenile justice system and as a dependent of the foster care system; Sade decided at the young age of 15 that she would no longer be subjected to opinions and statistics that were placed on her. Since the age of 15, Sade has been able to overcome all odds against her. During her sophomore year of high school at Mount Miguel High, she was told she would not graduate with her class because her credits she earned while attending school at her group home would not transfer. 
Sade refused to believe the opinions of others and went on to graduate with her graduating class of 2006.
This milestone was a pivotal moment
in her life because she proved to herself what she was capable of achieving.
​After high school Sade ran track at Cuyamaca College; where she went on to be recognized as one of the top student-athletes to master an athletic activity while maintaining an astonishing grade point average.
