With so many things happening in this busy world it's easy for us to forget to stop and celebrate. We love the story of "A Seamless Event" this is a woman owned business created to encourage people to celebrate the milestones in the lives of those we love.
The preschool teacher that had this vision is a great inspiration for us all.

ABC Youth Foundation was started by boxing Legend, Archie Moore in 1957. Archie was more than a boxer; he was a visionary who predicted a violent drug and gang epidemic that would trouble our nation. He proposed a simple solution: prevention. With this idea in mind, the Any Boy Can Youth Foundation was formed (later renamed Any Body Can Youth Foundation). Archie used the lure of boxing to instill discipline, respect, and other positive values into the lives of youth to prevent them from falling into dangerous lifestyles.

We love the work that ABC is doing in the community. Helping families truly is the ultimate ripple in the pond. It helps reshape our communities

The goal for Kreactive Thinkerz is to provide children with the skills and tools they need to become a “kidpreneur”. This project was a lot of fun. We loved working with the founder who is a teacher who has dedicated her life to helping children. Investing in tomorrows leaders today is the best investment we can make as a society. Equity vs Equality

What is Health Equity?
The 90 Days to Wellness Campaign addresses this very question.

This collaborative project was very informative for everyone involved.
Creating a campaign that explained the difference between the two terms was a large task.
We were excited to provide datasheets, website design, videos, powerpoint and social media.

Health equity is the state in which everyone has a fair and just opportunity to attain their highest level of health. Achieving this requires ongoing societal efforts to:

Address historical and contemporary injustices;
Overcome economic, social, and other obstacles to health and health care; and
Eliminate preventable health disparities.

To achieve health equity, we must change the systems and policies that have resulted in the generational injustices that give rise to racial and ethnic health disparities.

ALABAMA COALITION AGAINST RAPE

Most nonprofits are very busy working on generating funds to help continue their work. Alabama Coalition Against Rape in no exception. As a national organization providing services for the public, they have their hands full. However in addition to serving the public they also provide training for police officer, first responders, and faith based organizations. The leaders of organizations such as ACAR are the true heroes and sheroes without a cape. Check out the "Know Your Status" commercial that was produced to bring awareness to the importance of getting tested for HIV.

The Good Samaritan | CREATING PEACE AFTER THE STORM.

We all know that crimes are reported and happen every day. But did you know:

A violent crime is committed every 26.3 seconds.
A murder occurred every 32.1 minutes, a rape every 3.8 minutes, a robbery every 2.0 minutes, and an aggravated assault every 38.5 seconds.

This numbers are shocking. What's even more shocking is that aftermath. For example a senior who experiences a break in is often left to deal with the damages their property may have suffered on their own. "The Good Samaritan" is one of the organizations we worked with to bring awareness to their organization. Learning that this organization helps seniors with repairs to windows, doors and locks after a breakin is a resource that truly is a labor of love and helps restore some form of peace. It's hard to imagine having to deal with getting these items repaired after being a victim of a crime. Being a senior that has to be responsible for these repairs is even worst. We salute this wonderful organization that's helping people put their lives back together one door at a time.

We Walk By Faith Cancer Foundation

The "We Walk By Faith Cancer Foundation" is a great example of how you can turn your pain into passion.
The Benz Legacy Foundation had the pleasure of working with the owner and founder Sandra Doyle Gilchrist not only is she a retired Veteran she is also a two time breast cancer survivor. Our collaboration with Elevation a lifestyle brand has been very exciting. This collaboration allowed us help provide beautifully curated wellness boxes for those recently diagnosed with cancer. We Walk By Faith Cancer Foundation provides resources for the entire family as the navigate through their journey. Special thanks for Sandra Doyle GilChrist for the amazing work you do. Doing good matters and showing compassion had a ripple effect. Thanks for being a ripple in the pond of humanity! We look forward to continuing our partnership.
